Thank you for committing to be a Vendor at our Second Annual Bestavia Bazaar! Please read all information about this event below. Once you have paid your $60 non-refundable fee, you will receive an email with graphics to blast to your social media and friends, along with more information! We simply can't wait to have you!! 

 

The Bestavia Bazaar event will be held in our office parking lot at 3595 Grandview Parkway, Birmingham AL 35243 on Saturday November 16, 2024 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Vendors and Sponsors are expected to arrive at 8:00am for booth setup. When you arrive, you will be directed to a specific area of our event space for setup. We have worked diligently to ensure that no two booths with similar inventory will be next to each other. You are only allowed to display and sell approved items. This $60 non-refundable vendor fee will provide you one 8ft table and two folding chairs. If you or your products damage the table or chairs, you will be held responsible for replacing them. If you require a power source for your table, you must bring your own generator. You may bring any additional tables, chairs, display stands, tents, lights, etc. for your setup. Please do not leave trash behind, there will be trash cans all around the event. You may not play loud music from your booth. The State of Alabama, the City of Vestavia, and Jefferson County expect and require you to charge sales taxes to be remitted accordingly. You are fully responsible for paying all proper taxes for this event. Keller Williams Vestavia will not be responsible for paying any part of your sales taxes. Please do not pack up your setup until 3:00pm on event day. If you sell out early, we may accomodate an early pack-up. Sub-letting your booth space is prohibited. If our event is rained out, we will reschedule the event and vendor fees will not be refunded. If you cancel or do not show up, your fee will not be refunded. Unprofessional conduct will not be allowed, including but not limited to profanity, drug or alcohol use, or inappropriate dress. Food vendors must comply with all Health Department Rules and Standards. Keller Williams Vestavia, any sponsors and their members, and The Grand Building, its employees or officials, shall not be responsible for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods, whatsoever connected with the event. The Vendor will indemnify, save and hold harmless Keller Williams Vestavia, any Sponsors, and The Grand Building from actions or proceedings to recover damages for injuries to persons or property arising from the vendor’s occupancy or use of the premises. By paying this $60 non-refundable fee, you agree to all statements above.
